While Monster is incredibly loving, we want to be completely transparent about his needs. He does best in homes with medium to large dogs and absolutely cannot live with cats or small animals. His current foster family has been wonderful, but their changing employment circumstances mean Monster needs a new foster, foster with intent, or forever home.
